Kestel Integrated Facility

Production

From yarn selection to the final quality check, every stage advances under one roof, under the responsibility of the same team.

Integrated Production

The difference of being under one roof.

In textiles, most quality deviations stem from the distribution of production stages across different facilities. By having the same team prepare the yarn, pull the warp, and weave the fabric, we eliminate these transition points; we don't divide the responsibility.

Production stages

Stage 01

R&D and Design

Collection direction, yarn selection and pattern development: a fabric's character is defined here, before it ever reaches the loom.

Stage 02

Warping

The preparation before weaving: winding the warp yarns onto the beam in the right tension and order so the fabric starts on a sound base.

Stage 03

Weaving

The process of transforming warp and weft yarns into fabric according to a wide variety of patterns and desired weights.

Stage 04

Quality Control

A control process applied at four separate points, from raw material intake to before shipment.

Capacity

Our scale is sufficient to meet your demands.

We can plan production at different scales, from small sample series to high-volume export orders. The lead time is determined together with the construction and the number of colors.
